NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Music City Showdown 7v7 Tournament, to be hosted by College Bound Athletics, has been postponed. The tournament was originally scheduled for Saturday, April 22, 2017, but due to forecasted inclement weather across the middle Tennessee region on Friday and Saturday, has been moved to the following Saturday, April 29, 2017.
The tournament will still be hosted at Goodpasture Christian School in Madison, Tenn. All start times will remain the same. A new schedule will be posted by Thursday, April 27.
Registration for 7v7 teams will re-open Thursday, April 20 and close Wednesday, April 27 at 7:00 p.m. CT.
Tournament host College Bound Athletics has also partnered with National Playmakers Academy and Michael Vick for the V7 camp series in Nashville on Sunday, April 30 at Tennessee State University. All Music City Showdown attendees will receive a discount for the Michael Vick camp. Camp performers will be evaluated and top athletes will receive an invite to the V7 Elite Playmakers All-American Game in Atlanta at the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium in January 2018.
