College Bound Athletics takes great pride in being compliant with the NCAA. This means that college coaches, as well as high school athletes are permitted to subscribe to CBA services as a recruiting and scouting source.

College Bound Athletics has been successful since its inception in 2013 through numerous relationships with colleges and universities around the country, as well as overseas.
13.14.3 Recruiting or Scouting Services. An institution may subscribe to a recruiting or scouting service involving prospective student-athletes, provided the institution does not purchase more than one annual subscription to a particular service and the service: [D] (Adopted: 1/1/02, Revised: 8/5/04, 1/16/10)
Provides individual analysis beyond demographic information or rankings for each prospective student-athlete in the information it disseminates; (Revised: 4/13/10)
Services are made available to all institutions desiring to subscribe and at the same fee rate for all subscribers
After becoming a student-athlete, an individual shall not be eligible for participation in intercollegiate athletics if the individual accepts any remuneration for or permits the use of his or her name or picture to advertise, recommend or promote directly the sale or use of a commercial product or service of any kind.
